FAQ — Atlas Elite Chauffeured Services

Question 1

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability, particularly for airport transfers and long-distance journeys. For same-day or last-minute requests, please call us directly at 416-342-3998 and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Question 2

Can I modify or cancel a reservation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We understand that plans change. Please contact us as early as possible to modify or cancel your booking. Cancellation and modification policies vary by service type and will be outlined clearly in your booking confirmation.

Question 3

How do I confirm my booking?

Accepted Answer

Once you submit an inquiry, we will respond with a detailed quote within hours. Upon your approval, we will send a written confirmation with all journey details — pickup time, location, chauffeur contact, and any special instructions.

Question 4

Do you accommodate special requests?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Whether you require a specific route, particular amenities, a child seat, or any other arrangement, please include your requirements in your inquiry and we will confirm what can be arranged prior to your journey.

Question 5

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Accepted Answer

We monitor all flights in real time using live aviation data. If your flight is delayed or arrives early, your chauffeur adjusts automatically — no calls required on your end. You will never be left waiting because of a schedule change.

Question 6

Where will my chauffeur meet me?

Accepted Answer

For commercial arrivals, your chauffeur will meet you in the arrivals hall with a name board. For private aviation and FBO terminals such as SkyService, your chauffeur coordinates directly with the handler and meets you planeside.

Question 7

Is wait time included in the price?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A generous complimentary wait period is included on all airport pickups to account for baggage claim and customs. Exact wait time allowances are confirmed at the time of booking.

Question 8

Which airports do you serve?

Accepted Answer

We serve Toronto Pearson International (YYZ), Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ), John C. Munro Hamilton International (YHM), and all private FBO terminals in the Greater Toronto Area. We also service Buffalo Niagara International (BUF) for cross-border itineraries.

Question 9

How is pricing determined?

Accepted Answer

Pricing is based on the service type, distance, duration, and any specific requirements. All quotes are all-inclusive — there are no hidden fees. Tolls, fuel, and standard gratuity are factored into your quote upfront.

Question 10

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Corporate account clients may also arrange consolidated monthly invoicing. Payment details are confirmed at the time of booking.

Question 11

Are there additional charges for cross-border trips?

Accepted Answer

Cross-border journeys to US destinations such as New York, Chicago, or Buffalo are quoted as a single all-inclusive rate. Any applicable border fees or tolls are included in your quote — there are no surprise charges on arrival.

Question 12

Is gratuity included?

Accepted Answer

Standard gratuity is included in all quoted rates. You are always welcome to recognise exceptional service at your discretion, but it is never expected or required.

Question 13

What vehicle will I be travelling in?

Accepted Answer

Our primary vehicle is the GMC Yukon Denali — a full-size luxury SUV finished to the highest specification. It offers a commanding presence, a refined cabin, and the space and comfort expected of executive ground transportation.

Question 14

What amenities are available in the vehicle?

Accepted Answer

The cabin features deep-tinted privacy glass, premium leather seating, rear entertainment screens, wireless and USB-C charging, and tri-zone climate control. Bottled water is provided as standard. Additional requests can be arranged in advance.

Question 15

Is Wi-Fi available?

Accepted Answer

Mobile hotspot connectivity is available on request. Please include this in your booking inquiry and we will confirm availability for your journey.

Question 16

Can you accommodate larger groups?

Accepted Answer

The Denali comfortably seats up to six passengers. For larger groups or events requiring multiple vehicles, please mention this in your inquiry and we will arrange additional vehicles to match your requirements.

Question 17

How does a corporate account work?

Accepted Answer

Corporate accounts provide your business with priority booking, a dedicated point of contact, and consolidated monthly invoicing. You can book on behalf of colleagues, clients, and guests without managing individual payments for each journey.

Question 18

Can I book for clients or colleagues?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Corporate account holders can arrange transportation for any member of their team or visiting guests. Simply provide the passenger details at the time of booking and we will handle all coordination directly.

Question 19

Do you offer international invoicing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can issue invoices in formats suitable for international businesses and provide documentation required for expense reporting. Please mention your invoicing requirements when opening your account.

Question 20

How do I open a corporate account?
